Guidelines for Preparing Conference Materials

Conference materials are accepted in Azerbaijani, Russian, or English;
The text should be typed in Microsoft Word for Windows in Arial font (font size-12, spacing-1.5, paragraph-1.25), A4 standard format (210x297 mm), with margins on the left-25 mm, on the right-15 mm, top and bottom-20 mm;
The text of the material should not exceed 3 pages;
At the beginning of the text, the subject of the material is written in the middle, below it is written the name and surname of the researchers, the name of the institution, the e-mail address of the authors (all in bold);
References and sources used in the conference material must be cited according to the following guidelines:
- In the list of references used, sources in Azerbaijani are placed first, followed by those in Turkish, Russian, English, French, German, Arabic, and other languages. Within each language, the sources are arranged in alphabetical order and numbered consecutively.
- References should be numbered in square brackets within the text.
- It is recommended to cite scientific works published within the last 10 years.

At the end of the conference material, keywords and an abstract must be provided in English.The author's scientific conclusion, the scientific novelty of the work should be concisely reflected in the summary. Abstracts should be strictly edited from a scientific and grammatical point of view. Each summary should include the title of the material, the author and the institution in the order mentioned above.
Authors are responsible for the originality and scientific novelty of their submissions.
Conference materials that do not meet the stated requirements will not be accepted by the Organizing Committee, and authors will not be notified.
Notification of accepted materials will be sent to authors no later than 4 days before the conference (deadline: May 01).
