Paper Submission

Conference materials are accepted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English languages;
Materials are accepted in Microsoft Word in the Arial (font size -12, spacing - 1.5, paragraph - 1.25), A4 standard format (210x297 mm), with margins on the left - 25 mm, on the right - 15 mm, top and bottom - 20 mm;
The article should not exceed 3 pages;
The title of the material should be written in the middle, then below the name and surname of the researcher, the name of the institution, and the authors’ e-mail address. (Each in bold);
References and sources of the scientific literature used in the thesis are indicated in the following order:
- The reference list should be given in alphabetical order at the end of the text;
- The referred literature should be provided in the language in which it was published;
- In the list of the literature, the preference should be given to scientific articles and monographs of the last 5-10 years;
- The reference number should be shown in square brackets in the text.
- At least one international literature reference is desirable.
Konfrans materialının sonunda açar sözlər və xülasə verilir (Azərbaycan dilində yazılmış materiala İngilis və Rus dillərində, Rus dilində yazılmış materiala Azərbaycan və İngilis dilində, İngilis dilində yazılmış materiala Azərbaycan və Rus dillərində). Müəllifin gəldiyi elmi nəticə, işin elmi yeniliyi xülasədə yığcam şəkildə öz əksini tapmalıdır. Xülasələr elmi və qrammatik baxımdan ciddi redaktə olunmalıdır. Hər bir xülasədə materialın, müəllifin və müəssisənin adı yuxarıda qeyd olunan qaydada göstərilməlidir.
The originality of the material submitted to the editorial board of the conference should not be less than 85%.
Conference materials will be rejected by the Organizing Committee if they are not specific and not comply with the conference topic, besides the authors will not be informed about the rejected papers.
Çıxış üçün qəbul edilən konfrans materialı haqqında məlumat müəlliflərə konfransa 3 gün qalmışa qədər (son tarix 2 noyabr) göndərilir.

Conference Registration Fee

Konfransda iştirak ATU əməkdaşları, gənc tədqiqatçıları (doktorant, dissertant və magistrantlar) üçün ödənişsizdir. Digər iştirakçıların konfrans materialının hər səhifəsi üçün 5 manat nəzərdə tutulur. Konfrans materialları ödəniş qəbzi ilə birgə təqdim olunmalıdır.
