Paper Submission

Conference materials are accepted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English languages;
The text should be typed in Microsoft Word for Windows in Arial font (font size-12, spacing-1.5, paragraph-1.25), A4 standard format (210x297 mm), with margins on the left-25 mm, on the
right-15 mm, top and bottom-20 mm;
The text of the conference material should not exceed 3 pages.
The title of the material should be written in the middle, then below the name and surname of the researcher, the name of the institution, and the authors’ e-mail address. (Each in bold);
References and sources of the scientific literature used in the thesis are indicated in the following order:
- In the list of used literature, sources in Azerbaijani first, then in Turkish, Russian, English, French, German, Arabic, etc. are arranged in alphabetical order according to each language and numbered sequentially.
- The number of the cited literature is indicated in square brackets within the text.
- It is desirable that the list of used literature includes mainly scientific works published in the last 10 years.
- You can find examples of bibliographic descriptions of the literature used through the link provided (Appendix 4.1- https://aak.gov.az/single/492).
At the end of the conference material, keywords and a summary in English should be provided. The author's scientific conclusion, the scientific novelty of the work should be concisely reflected in the summary. Abstract should be strictly edited from a scientific and grammatical point of view. Each summary should include the title of the material, the author and the institution in the order mentioned above.
The authors are responsible for the originality and scientific novelty of the material submitted to the conference.
Conference materials will be rejected by the Organizing Committee if they are not specific and complying with the conference topic.
Information about the accepted thesis for presentation is sent to the authors until 4 days before the conference (deadline is May 2).

Conference Registration Fee

Participation in the conference is free of charge for ATU employees, young researchers (doctoral, dissertation and master's students) and foreign people. Other participants are expected to pay 5 manat for each page of conference materials. Conference materials must be submitted with a payment receipt.
