Paper Submission

Conference materials are accepted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English languages;
Materials are accepted in Microsoft Word in the Arial (font size -12, spacing - 1.5, paragraph - 1.25), A4 standard format (210x297 mm), with margins on the left - 25 mm, on the right - 15 mm, top and bottom - 20 mm;
The article should not exceed 3 pages;
The title of the material should be written in the middle, then below the name and surname of the researcher, the name of the institution, and the authors’ e-mail address. (Each in bold);
References and sources of the scientific literature used in the thesis are indicated in the following order:
- The reference list should be given in alphabetical order at the end of the text;
- The referred literature should be provided in the language in which it was published;
- In the list of the literature, the preference should be given to scientific articles and monographs of the last 5-10 years;
- The reference number should be shown in square brackets in the text.
- At least one international literature reference is desirable.
At the end of the conference material, a summary should be given in two languages besides the language in which it was written (in English and Russian for abstracts written in Azerbaijani, in Azerbaijani and English for abstracts written in Russian). There is no need for a summary for materials written in the English language. The author's scientific conclusion and the scientific novelty of the work should be concisely reflected in the summary. Abstracts should be strictly edited from a scientific and grammatical point of view. Each summary should include the title of the article, the author, and the institution in the order mentioned above.
The originality of the material submitted to the editorial board of the conference should not be less than 85%.
Conference materials will be rejected by the Organizing Committee if they are not specific and not comply with the conference topic, besides the authors will not be informed about the rejected papers.
Information about the acceptance of the conference material will be sent to the authors 3 days before the conference (the deadline is May 3).

Conference Registration Fee

Participation at the conference for ATU employees and young researchers (doctoral and master's students), as well as for international researchers, is free of charge, whereas for other participants is 5 AZN for each submitted page of the conference material.
